User Acceptance Criteria:

Interactable button on when displaying prerequisites labeled as "Delete Prerequisite"
Only interactable by Director/Admin-level users
Interacting with the button causes a pop up asking for director/admin to confirm the delete action
An affirmative action in the pop up will remove the prerequisite course from the list, otherwise the course will remain
