Reko generated very large output files #1279

Version: 0.11.4.0-931ca7d

Case 1:

subject: https://github.com/rfalke/decompiler-subjects/tree/master/from_decompile-it.com/elinks/ia32_elf_from_website which is 3,7mb
output: 2,1gb!

Case 2:

subject: https://github.com/rfalke/decompiler-subjects/tree/master/malware_via_email/malware_0776/ia32_pe which is 32k
output: 90mb

I have to compress the output by hand to upload them to GitHub.
