This PR includes a few changes to CDirectiveLexer:

Add support for #undef. Includes unit tests.
Add State.IgnoreToEndOfLine, and use it to ignore extra tokens for various directives. Includes unit tests.
Other minor cleanup: remove unused Directive.__Pragma; formatting.
