Add documentation from 4.1.0 or later Evolution Toolbox Github wiki page to installation page #106

Add any relevant documentation from most recent Evolution Toolbox wiki page to installation/getting started page.

New doc item: Make note of npm install (or sudo npm install) and bower install when multiple developers are working on a project and one developer needs to get project dependencies (which are not checked into source control)
