Stepper Component #28

The Generic Stepper is a new component for EE Portals.

The component can consist of X steps, of which there are two versions:

Active Step - is the larger, darker circle Inactive Step - is the smaller, lighter circle.

There is no distinction between "completed" and "incomplete" step for the "Inactive Step".
