Page Template Rebuild #92

I would like to look into build annotations and code trails into the page template, something like the ISH tool that is on Brad Frost page.

Couple of thoughts here

  1. we can have a toggle view that can show you the code as well as annotations
  2. only need to at a page template view show the related components at this point and time
  3. add in media query sizing in the navigation
