Fix the rust bindings #5

and change the package name..tree-sitter-CMake is very bad package name

I think put some test example is better,so I make such dir..

There is a corpus directory that contains the test files for testing the grammar already so I'm not sure why you have another test directory. Also, the files in test directory are just there with no instructions on how to use them, so it's really confusing.
