Description: Chinese language reviewer has submitted a request to make two edits to the format of PDF bookmarks.

Change "SUSE Manager 4.2: 客户端配置指南" at the first line to "SUSE Manager 4.2 客户端配置指南". (remove the single-byte colon that is automatically inserted in the construction of this PDF bookmark, using the components of the {productname} {productnumber}) and document title.)
Change "Chapter 1." to "第 1 章 ". Please make sure to leave a space after "章".
