We had way too many admonitions on a single page, and almost no "regular" text.
Most of the admonitions have now been converted to plain content, and only a few admonitions remain.
See attached files for comparison of the improvements.

Attaching two versions - the effect of tidying up is probably even more obvious in the HTML version, but this gives a good idea of the clean-up of too many admonitions.
