Print remittance advice for manual payments #124

uzERP's remittance advice feature is based around automated payments. Where users don't want to use automated payments, they would still like a way to print a remittance advice for manual payments that they have made.

This could be achieved by adding manual payments to the pl_payments table (marked as processed), where they can be picked up by the remittance print function and printed or emailed.

This is more of a priority given the new on line users that don't have BACS capability.
