Pull in available email addresses for outputs #267

It would be useful if uzERP made contact email addresses available to choose when outputting to email.

Examples might include sending a sales order acknowledgement or pro-forma. Where the order billing or delivery contact have email addresses, they should be available for a user to pick.

Email addresses have to entered manually at the moment, which is a poor user experience.
