Created database schema for: follow-request and FollowRelationship
Created endpoints for: request to follow user, accept follow request, decline follow request, get open follow requests, get followers and following
Created endpoint and logic for existing username suggestions (there in the future a more efficient method should be used than table.scan)
Experimental because it was only tested with postman
