Global shutter and rolling shutter #119

Hello, I wonder how to adjust from rolling shutter to global shutter for DAVIS 346 APS in the rpg_dvs_ros.

The default is already global shutter, we do not recommend using rolling shutter due to worse image quality, so there shouldn't be anything to do.
