CUDA driver version is insufficient for CUDA runtime version #9

when run the test following error encountered. ./all_tests Running executable: ./all_tests Checking available CUDA-capable devices... ERROR: cudaGetDeviceCount CUDA driver version is insufficient for CUDA runtime version

I am currently using NVIDIA-SMI 340.93, Driver Version: 340.93 and Cuda 7.0 on Linux Mint 17.2 Cinnamon 64-bit. So which version of CUDA driver version is expected? Thanks.

Can you run the NVIDIA samples? Whats's the result of your deviceQuery?

Ok, the problem is solved by updating CUDA driver to 346.72 and the issue can be closed now.
