add note to use latex syntax in label names #29

Using underscores in the label attribute yields a string parsing error in latex. A quick note in the .yaml might be useful.

Thanks for the suggestion (and sorry for the late reply), will add it (as well as https://github.com/uzh-rpg/rpg_trajectory_evaluation/issues/28) to the readme.
