[x] every topic should be its own repo starting with lit-
[x] every repo should have README.md
[x] every repo should have a LICENSE
[x] every repo should be a submodule of lit-content repo
[x] test system deployment should clone lit-content recursively and use those submodules?

Decided that most of this should be done after our demo launch, so we aren't working on too many things at once.

[x] Plantation Lives to private UZH gitlab
[x] Check if @martindusinberre cares about PL git history
[x] Decide whether or not to keep git history for PL (probably not, since the repo is quite large and probably has bulky history).
[x] Demo to get permission and then I can push to github
[x] Delete the current content repo so there is no confusion about where to push to
[x] Update creators' remote URLs
