Code Crashes, cannot find #23

I followed the recipe 94x to try to get the effAreaPhotons_cone03_pfNeutralHadrons_90percentBased_V2.txt but that didn't work. For a particular era, the files needed are found here.

A similar issue was reported in hypernews.

edm::FileInPath unable to find file RecoEgamma/PhotonIdentification/data/Fall17/effAreaPhotons_cone03_pfNeutralHadrons_90percentBased_V2.txt anywhere in the search path.
The search path is defined by: CMSSW_SEARCH_PATH
${CMSSW_SEARCH_PATH} is: /uscms_data/d3/cuperez/e2e/CMSSW_9_4_8/src:/uscms_data/d3/cuperez/e2e/CMSSW_9_4_8/external/slc6_amd64_gcc630/data:/cvmfs/cms.cern.ch/slc6_amd64_gcc630/cms/cmssw/CMSSW_9_4_8/src:/cvmfs/cms.cern.ch/slc6_amd64_gcc630/cms/cmssw/CMSSW_9_4_8/external/slc6_amd64_gcc630/data

The files can be obtained from cmssw github. Thanks to cawest.
