Task description: either in a .txt (or screenshot of page) in v_rosetta/descriptions (or some similar) directory. Another option (my preference) is to merely place a link to the task in each .v file.

2️⃣ link to task in each .v file [Task Name](url to task)
Output of some kind? Either screenshot or text file. Personally, I'm fine with no output as it would really just bloat the repo imo.
