Config file options #1

could you add get/set of minZoom for the config file plz. Tried to build from ModernCamera.sln but idk bout the dependencies. (BepInEx, Unity)

Also, tried to visit the "modding community" link and it wouldnt load.

v1.30 has options for zoom and pitch. All moved to the in-game options menu
