Ported Template 3.0 to 3.2 #32

Several missing tags added. It's imported and working for my test install.

Hi, as far as i know, Template of 3.0 can be easily imported into 3.2. So no need to have seperate file for 3.2 or upcoming 3.4, as long as you don't use any features available only in the newer releases.
