May be related to #75 though that issue affected 11 too.

The next build will have an attempt to improve this, and more logging to get to the bottom of the problem.

Even though it works well in 11 it may be worth noting that a lot of issues like this are down to problems with USB - try different cables, don't route through a hub, unplug other devices.

@bangnoise First, many thanks and kudos for developing a great and very useful utility. I'm commenting here because I experience this problem in versions 12 and 13, but not 11.
