Describe the bug settings -> relays "add" button to the right of suggested relays does not do anything

added video + narration of behavior

device (please complete the following information):

Device: linux laptop
OS: ubuntu 22.04
Browser: chromium Version 128.0.6613.137 (Official Build, ungoogled-chromium) (64-bit)

I just tried, it worked?

Hmm must be a chromium thing.

I tried on Librewolf and it worked fine.
