Add info to beatmap links #17

Primarily, add a download link. Also possibly add extra info on hover - song, mapper, etc. Maybe disable for /u/BeatmapLinker posts.

+Add ability to play preview audio - using //b.ppy.sh/preview/{ID}.mp3
