Update swiss channel description #36

Since many people still don't understand that neither the ingame channel nor the waiting room should be declared as swiss channel, I have adapted the description to explicitly point out the functionality and the effects if one of the two channels is declared as swiss channel.

setup.md is there to help people find the required variables, like the channel id. A good place for a small explanation would be on the main readme under features.

setup.md has been restored to it's original state and readme.md has been updated at features with swiss channels
