request(Feature) : Native adapation

Hello,

Just a quick (really not urgent AT ALL) suggestion.

As OneSync Infinity works per "zone", it's really hard to get a working Spectating system without lots of bugs. (Tried to fix/dev mine for months but there's always a problem...).

GTA / FiveM supports a native Spectator mode with the following native: https://docs.fivem.net/natives/?_0x423DE3854BB50894 Would it be possible to add the supports of SaltyChat for that native ? So we could hear just like if we are around ?

Just found out that GTA puts the player spectating under map at around 15/16m
