I've set up saltychat the right way, but I cant talk in the channel

What do you mean by "I can't talk in the channel".

Could you make a full description of the problem, with screenshots, details of your server, SatyChat version (client/server), maybe logs ?

Reminder for the logs:

To debug any issues we need logs, so we can look at the plugin and how it is behaving.
Please enable extensive logging and send the TeamSpeak log.

Enable extensive logging:
- Open TeamSpeak
- Plugins > Salty Chat > Open Settings
- Enable Expert Mode and set Log Level to Extensive

You can find the TeamSpeak log under %appdata%\TS3Client\logs.
Keep in mind to set the log level back to Info, or disable Expert Mode afterwards.

Make an issue with the following steps:

- What is the issue?
- Did it work before?
- What plugin version are you using?
- Which mod are you using (FiveM/RAGEMP/Alt:V/RedM)?

Depending on the issue, you can also provide the TeamSpeak and client log:
- TeamSpeak: %appdata%\TS3Client\logs
- FiveM: %localappdata%\FiveM\FiveM Application Data\logs
- RedM: %localappdata%\RedM\RedM Application Data\logs
