Added a tutorial on how to make any phone work (gcPhone as example) #8

Due to many players asking on how to make the gcPhone script (or any other) work with SaltyChat, i thought it was a good idea to provide a "Tutorial" to reffer to so we would have to tell them how its done every single time.

You should explain what to do any why, not just "copy this there" - this should be a how to in general and only use gcphone as example. There are also a lot of unnecessary blank lines, which should be removed, images with external sources aswell.

I agree. Making a repo for that would be much better idea. Like BlackFlash5 did for ls-radio for example :)
