open URL in browser when double-tapped #401

This is an enhancement request to open a URL in the Android browser when the 
URL is double-tapped on the screen.  I use "screen" on a linux box to keep 
sessions alive, and I sometimes connect to IRC chat clients.  It would be 
useful to be able to easily open URLs which are posted on IRC.
