Same here.
Ideos comes with TouchPal preinstalled, how I can uninstall / deactivate it in
order to understand if this is caused by TouchPal?

Ok I switched to the android stock keyboard and it shows up, so it's caused by
TouchPal.

Touch any input field on any android application and keep you finger on it. A
menu will pop up, select "Input method" or something similar.
This changes the default keyboard for the whole phone. I don't know if you can
assign a keyboard to a specific app.
