[Help/Feature Request] Is there some way to limit the speed per connection? TELECOM seems to have a new QoS policy. #47

When the speed exceeds a threshold (maybe 50 Mbps), the TELECOM seems to limit the speed (to maybe 1Mbps) as a punishment. Is there a method to limit the connection to avoid the punishment? Thanks.
