  1. You shall not rename README.zh-Hans-CN.md. Others may not notice that you have made such a change and still use the legacy link to access this project's resources, eventually encountering a 404 error.
  2. You should split this PR and submit PRs separately for offline installation instructions, formatting, Guidance on how to generate working v2ray configuration, and so on.
  3. There are too many commits in a single PR, which is not decent and made it much harder for anyone to review. Do not make a PR with bunches of Github Action account's commits.
