V2ray从前天开始突然用不了了 #167

V2ray部署在搬瓦工VPS上 Debian9 amd64 前天开始手机客户端V2rayNG和电脑客户端V2rayN都连不上了, 上不了WHY 网。 手机客户端测试的时候显示：context deadline exceeded 然后systemctl status v2ray 显示 v2ray.service正常运行，然后systemctl restart v2ray, 重启v2ray,注册开机自启：systemctl enable v2ray 正常运行，重启VPS，还是不能上WHY网，手机测试还是显示：context deadline exceeded

ping了下VPS IP没被封，端口也没被封，到底是怎么回事？是被盯上了吗？
