Most likely this is IT9079-H

Ethernet and SPI slave pin mappings are consistent with IT9079 series.

I have seen images of receiver units with a chip that is marked as VCT6299H. Since this chip is only marked as VCT6299, wouldn't that imply that MU1 on the sender unit is IT9079, and the receiver unit has IT9079H? That's consistent with the required capabilities -- the sender unit doesn't actually need HDMI TX.
