Altitude issue #2

1. With older versions of multiwii, barometer altidude is not calibrating every 
power up. So OSD dont show 0 meters on the ground. OSD should automaticaly 
calibrate altitude every power up or manualy in the OSD software.

Not in this case, the OSD now is almost the same as your Multiwii GUI.
If you have an older version of MWCode you will not be able to have your 
altitude accurate anyway, even if the OSD calibrated on startup! 

That feature is not available any more.
