I contacted Intercom support and this is the response from them.
Can't reproduce that. We'd need to check the particular message in specific to troubleshoot this further. But since they contacted us in May, they already received a response so that's probably sorted at this point. I couldn't find any past conversations with the keywords they used to describe the issue thought.
So could you please update accordingly?
There are no buttons on the welcome banner for Android devices. Although the buttons are present for iOS devices.
