Account lookup in search form fails if user is not logged in #299

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.http://codeview.appspot.com/search
2.logout
3.open network console in chrome
4.type any letter in Reviewer field
5.look for JS errors

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected some notification about lookup status (i.e. fail).

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
