Reply by email not working anymore

I've noticed this has been broken for a while on Chromium.

It turns out whenever the subject is long and ellipses are added, then the 
subject in the header looks like this (this may have changed form Gmail 
recently which broke this):

=?windows-1252?Q?=5Bchromium=2Dreviews=5D_Re=3A_Fix_regression_in_BrowserThre?=\
r\n\t=?windows-1252?Q?ad=27s_optimization_of_when_it_skips_a_lock=2E_The_variabl
e_name?=\r\n\t=?windows-1252?Q?_was_misna=85_=28issue_10900020=29?=
