Alternative Android Stores #178

We should offer the Android app in alternative stores (user request). Is this possible with firebase push @Wheedman?

2.1 will likely not require Google Play services anymore. Keeping track of this issue in a separate repo from now on: https://github.com/v4lli/meteocool/issues/178
