1、ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'wrapt'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
pip3 install -U --ignore-installed wrapt
或者
pip3 install wrapt --upgrade --ignore-installed pip3 install tensorflow
2、ERROR: tensorboard 1.14.0 has requirement setuptools>=41.0.0, but you'll have setuptools 39.1.0 which is incompatible.
pip3 install --upgrade setuptools
3、upgrade pip setuptools wheel
python -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel
