Store basic metadata with each subbackup #12

e.g. master password salt, bcrypt parameters etc.

Those metadata are public and should be kept with each backup. It allows the backup to be restorable without any further metadata.

I will probably store it just once, as storing it with each subbackup would not make much sense after #37 is implemented.
