Refine the shell script for testing fs kv cache on different environment

Describe your problem

Based on previous work, we can precipitate and refine the following script for future work.

• [ ] Script to test the bandwidth of fs.
• [ ] Server and worker script to simulate the production environment.
• [ ] Yamls to deploy on k8s.
