Migrate SetAccessor uses to SetNativeDataProperty #162

SetAccessor creates a deprecated type of "native data property", which has been replaced by SetNativeDataProperty. The old mechanism for installing such properties took in an AccessControl that's been deprecated (node used DEFAULT anyway).
