Add "Recently Posted Songs" to the /docs folder #66

The "Recently Posted Songs" page on giitaayan shows 230 songs submitted in the last few years that have not been incorporated into the ISB. Those should be added to the /docs folder.

This is also a process. For that reason, I generally wait for about 300 songs to get accumulated before merging them in the main database.

My long-term plan is to make this process one-button switch. Thanks for creating the issue. This will help me remember.
