The dialog box shows that python has stopped working

Process finished with exit code -1073741571 (0xC00000FD) 我用的pycharm，VS安装的是2015，上面是报错信息，是不是在windows下无法进行测试呢？

Same error here, it just do nothing. My python execution just get stuck.

我换了一个计算pesq的库，用pysepm库来计算就可以。网址：https://github.com/schmiph2/pysepm
