Boundary selector #17

Boundary selector window will show when not in dev mode.

I'm sure there are some things in here that are not as efficient as they could be but at least it works.

Feel free to change function, variable, other names or processes.

Will not work properly if the following options in tsconfig.json are turned on... I do not know how to fix that.
