Missing releases #37

Hi,

Would you mind creating releases instead of just pushing tags? This section makes it look like 0.6.0 is the newest version, but when run the application shows an update popup, and 0.7.3 can only be found in the tags section. 2021-11-24-113738_218x154_scrot

Alternatively, updating the README with build instructions would make it easier for me to maintain an arch package for this project :)

Newer releases can be obtained here: https://github.com/vKolerts/sidenoder/releases/tag/v.0.7.3

I don't know why there is another repository just for the releases though...

seems to be the same commit id tho. maybe vKolerts wants to start a new repo?
