"Click to browse mount" button doesn't work if you are in "Browse" area before mount

If you are in "Browse" before mounting rclone drive, "Click to browse mount" doesn't work after you mount the drive. You need to press on "Browse" again and then the button point to the mounted drive

Fixed by moving this option button to header separately from local browsing at next release
