Everything is broken if your windows username folder contains a space #1

It wants to put everything in %USERDIR%/sidenoder/ even after i change the paths but it doesnt properly quote executable paths when trying to execute them so it fails to execute "C:\Users\My" when it wants to execute "C:\Users\My Username\sidenoder\7za.exe" for example.
