Some other user have reported issues like that. Reboot or reinstall of the console fixed it in must cases.
Just Fixed this myself by running the powershell as x64

How are you doing this from PRTG?
Just using the psx64 from prtg family tools as essentially a side loader

but when i run the PS1 from powershell it works fine
