Rework event signups and assignment

What do you suggest?

Rework events to closer reflect that of the old website.

Changes:

• Sign up sheet only shows the position you signed up for
• Upon sign-up, it is added to the facility management backend in a position request area: https://i.imgur.com/0kbyUjf.png
• Additionally, the user will receive an email stating their sign-up/ position request has been received and assignment will occur in the coming days. ( This is optional)
• EC Can then go through and assign users to positions.
• After assigning positions the EC can post the event positions
• Posting the positions will display all assigned positions on the sign-up event description page: https://vzdc.org/events/clxff2yhl00f790nd9dt11dkm
• After positions have been posted, users will receive an email with their assigned position and a .ics file

Why do you need that?

• Give the EC more control over event sign-ups
• Reduce confusion between controllers
• Reduce unnecessary emails (Current method could have upwards of 3 emails)
